Weekends required. Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
Rotating shifts: 4:30 am–1 pm, 10 am–6:30 pm, 11 am–7:30 pm.
Excel experience is required.

The Operations Associate/Support is responsible for controlling freight forwarding shipments into and out of the station across various modes of transportation based on customer requests. The primary focus is providing a high‑level of excellence and quality customer service experience to all customers while maintaining station KPIs.

• Tracking and tracing outbound shipments
• Contracting new carriers as needed, assigning carriers, and providing load tenders
• Communicating freight status and any problems to other stations and customers, and updating the system
• Providing customer service
• Able to work overtime and weekend on‑call rotations
• Data entry of shipments into the transportation management system
• Quoting, costing, and invoicing international shipments (air, ocean, and ground)
• Domestic air and ground routing (including Canada)
• Contracting new carriers
• Finding and developing new logistics/freight opportunities and designing carrier solutions for pilot offices and external customers

• Multi‑tasking while maintaining precise attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Ability to work in a demanding, high‑volume environment, particularly with evening calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft products

$23–$25 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
