At LAZ Commercial, our Valet & Shuttle Attendants do more than park vehicles and transport passengers—they provide safe, dependable, and professional service.

This is a part-time position with the following schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 3:00 p.m.
-7:00 p.m. - Friday: 8:00 a.m.
-6:00 p.m.
Candidates must be dependable and available to work the scheduled hours. Occasional additional hours may be available based on operational needs.
The Spirit of the PositionAs a Valet & Shuttle Attendant, you are an important representative of LAZ Commercial. Your professional appearance, safe driving, friendly attitude, and commitment to outstanding customer service will help create a positive experience for every customer and passenger.
You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, operate a company shuttle, assist passengers, maintain an organized parking area, and follow all company and DOT safety requirements.
What You’ll Do Customer Service- Greet customers and passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a positive first and last impression.
- Open vehicle doors and assist customers entering or exiting vehicles.
- Assist customers with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Answer questions and provide directions or property information.
- Address customer needs quickly and professionally.
- Communicate delays, route changes, and other important information clearly.
- Maintain a positive and service-focused attitude throughout each shift.
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner.
- Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle-retrieval process.
- Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
- Direct traffic and maintain an organized flow of vehicles.
- Protect customer vehicles and property while they are in LAZ's care.
- Keep the valet and parking areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Support team members during busy arrival and departure periods.
- Safely operate company shuttle vehicles along designated routes.
- Transport passengers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle.
- Help load and unload luggage or other belongings when needed.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT requirements, company policies, and established routes.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Accurately complete inspection reports, passenger logs, and other required documentation.
- Immediately report vehicle concerns, safety hazards, accidents, or operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shuttle.
- Communicate passenger concerns, delays, or route issues to management.
