Dedicated CDL-A Driver - $83K-$109K Annual Target | Home Weekly
Looking to stay active on the job while bringing home great weekly pay? We are adding Class A drivers to a dedicated Midwest retail fleet running out of Warrensburg, MO.
Key Job Highlights:- Weekly Earnings: ~$1,615 weekly average gross ($83,500 average yearly target; top tier performers make $2,095+/week or $109,200+/year).
- Pay Rates: Base CPM from $0.70 to $0.76 based on tenure, plus $320 per load and up to 3% safety/performance incentives.
- Route Profile: Running lanes from MO through MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, AR, OK, TN, and KY.
- Freight Handling: Physical trailer unloading utilizing roller systems - great for staying in shape.
- Home Time: Reset weekly for 34 hours (usually over weekends).
- Full Benefits: Medical, HSA, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and referral cash programs.
- Valid CDL Class A license with at least 90 days of commercial seat time over the last 6 months.
- Confirmed safe parking location for truck and trailer during home time.
- Clean background/driving record with passing results on DOT pre-hire urine drug screens.
