Warehouse Associate

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers' needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge, large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory, and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers, whether in the oilfield, construction, medical, manufacturing, military, or government.

As a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible to perform various warehouse functions, such as putting away product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing orders and pre-made assemblies. The Warehouse Associate will also provide support to Counter Sales when needed.

This is a full-time position with benefits at our location in Denver, CO.

• Warehouse Duties
  • Receiving and putting away product.
  • Prepare, assemble, package, and ship customer orders per customer requirements
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by updating the system when issues are seen or working to get issues resolved.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.
  • Cycle counting inventory.
  • Building pre-made assemblies.
  • Provide driver support.
• Greet and work with customers at the counter to identify and satisfy the customer's needs for a quote/order in a profitable and timely manner.
• Receive phone calls and emails and work with the sales team and customers to identify and satisfy the customer's needs for quotes/orders in a profitable and timely manner.
• For items the store does not carry, create a PO and send to vendor/other branch.
• Work with Field Sales Representatives to generate more business by providing referrals and following up for the results.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• A valid driver license with a good driving record

• Must be 21 years or older to drive a company vehicle
• General education degree (GED), H.S. diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree
• Prior warehouse or similar industry experience preferred

• Hourly: $25.00 - $33.00 + per hour (base pay of $25.00/hour to $31/hour plus quarterly profit sharing)
• Schedule: 40+ hours a week;
  Monday to Friday with scheduled Saturday morning rotations (8 am - noon)
