Monday – Friday 1:00 am – 9:30 am

Pay: $22.14 – $27.35 per hour

What does an Inventory Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The inventory coordinator is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This includes, but is not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily requirements are achieved, and communicating important information regarding condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of inventory for all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit items with warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances
  • Count and research and correct any variances in inventory
  • Work with the team to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner, not disrupting production operations or product supply to Sales Centers and customers
  • Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management, including pallet building when required
Requirements
  • 1+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems (SAP)
  • Analytical skills and ability to count
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and Share Point
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced atmosphere while walking and repeatedly lifting 30 lbs
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
