Warehouse Associate

WSL Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of products in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
• Load and unload items from delivery trucks and storage areas.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a supported inventory management system.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Warehouse and yard setting with heavy materials and powered equipment. Flexible scheduling or overtime may be required based on delivery demands.

Full-time Monday - Friday; weekend availability may be required.
