Warehouse Associate

About the Role

DC/Warehouse Associate provides essential support in the distribution center, performing picking, packing, staging parts, utilizing hand‑held RF scanners, and moving inventory throughout the facility.

• Pick, pack, and stage parts for shipment.
• Operate hand‑held RF scanners.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the distribution center.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.

• Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stop, kneel, and crouch.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus.

Starting pay: $22.15 per hour. Compensation range: $14.25 - $20.25 per hour as applicable.
