Warehouse Order Selector

About the Role

As an Order Selector, you keep stores stocked and communities fed by using a voice‑controlled system to select full‑case grocery, frozen, and perishable products. You operate a ride‑on electric pallet jack, palletize cases, and prepare pallets for store shipment, lifting up to 87 lbs. While in motion and throughout your shift you remain safety focused and ready to adapt to various environments such as freezers, refrigerators, and warehouse floors.

• Select and palletize full‑case grocery, frozen, and perishable products using a voice‑controlled system.
• Operate a ride‑on electric pallet jack and other equipment to lift up to 87 lbs. to shoulder level and 76.5 lbs. overhead.
• Prepare pallets for shipment to local stores while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
• Work in a fast‑paced, on‑the‑go environment and adapt to varying working conditions.

• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance to operate an electric pallet jack and equivalent equipment.
• Physically capable of moving, bending, and lifting items up to 87 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Adaptable to work in different environments: freezer, refrigerator, warehouse floor, etc.

Starting pay will be no less than the applicable local minimum wage and may vary based on geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, and collective bargaining agreement terms. Candidates with specialized skills or unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
