Warehouse Associate

HVAC Warehouse | Pick & Pack:

Location: Denver, CO 80216

Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $20/hr., Depending on Experience

Experience: Minimum 6 months Warehousing experience.

The Warehouse Pick & Pack is a front-line branch operations and customer service role. The position requires specialized product knowledge, use of the company computer system (Mincron), tools such as handheld scanners, and the ability to use online resources provided by shipping Vendors like UPS, Fed Ex, and various LTL carriers.

HVAC Warehouse | Pick & Pack Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Review order with the customer to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect the product for damage.
• Pick sales orders and transfer orders.
• Check-in and receive transfer orders from other branches, as well as shipments from vendors.
• Load and unload equipment, parts, and supplies to and from delivery trucks.
• Put away and organize products into properly-labeled storage locations.
• Print product labels.
• Perform accurate Daily Cycle Counts.
• Safely & accurately use tools like RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Conduct daily inspections of material handling equipment.

HVAC Warehouse | Pick & Pack Requirements:

• Always present a helpful, professional, customer-focused, positive attitude.
• Forklift Certification is a plus.
• High sense of urgency - need to get things done now.
• Detail oriented - attention to accuracy.
• Safety-conscious.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers to coordinate duties and exchange information.

HVAC Warehouse | Pick & Pack Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing and walking.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, or kneel, or reach.
• Frequently required to lift, carry, or move objects. weighing between 10-50 lbs.
• Occasionally required to ascend or descend ladders or stairs.
• This position requires forklift driving, being around moving machinery, exposure to dust, exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
