Warehouse Associate

Docu Vault is a leading provider of secure and confidential records management solutions in Colorado. We are looking for a hardworking Records Center Specialist to join our Warehouse team.

• Handle incoming/outgoing shipments and general warehouse work
• Process, assign, and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues.
• Perform all physical requirements without assistance.
• Travel between facilities as necessary.
• Mentor others as opportunities arise.
• Work on feet all day.
• Lift, load, and move boxes (average weight: 25 to 40 pounds).

• Knowledge of warehouse operations with ability to place and retrieve items safely and timely, preferably with bar‑coding experience.
• Proficient with an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math, reading, and basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with minimum supervision required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full‑Time, Day Shift
Location: Lakewood, CO
Salary: $20.00/hour

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shift.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move material.
• Lift up to 40 lbs, maneuver heavy pallets using manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Go up and down stairs to reach all floor levels of facility’s storage areas.
• Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
