** Summary
* * Elite Brands is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. Key responsibilities include receiving products, replenishing pick bins, performing inventory movements, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. ** Essential Duties*
* • Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and identify information against bills of lading and other receiving documents.
• Safely unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and voice-picking technology, ensuring accuracy and minimizing product damage.
• Perform inventory movements, adjustments, replenishments, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits as assigned.
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, and other inventory concerns to leadership.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling devices safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily tasks within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports operational excellence and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Required Qualifications
* • High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the workday.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and order accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
* Preferred Qualifications
* • Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking technology.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack operating experience.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or receiving processes.
