Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday from 5:00 am – 3:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, you will need to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Work at heights of up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
- Stay on the move, willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- May assist other departments such as e‑comm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.

Physical demands:
The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires includes rolling, destacking, team lifting or mechanical equipment usage.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment:
May be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise level, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Capability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
- Forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no test for THC/marijuana).
