Job Overview
Warehouse Manager – Denver, CO.
Meyer Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our Denver team. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, stocking products, pulling stock, staging products for shipment, and operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and manlifts. The candidate must ensure accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
CompensationAnnual salary: $80,000.00–$88,000.00 with opportunities for increases based on performance reviews.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (end times may vary).
Key Responsibilities- Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management.
- Supervise employees to ensure productivity.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, neat, and well organized to enable efficient tasks.
- Unload trucks and distribute products to appropriate areas for restocking.
- Use scanners to place parts in proper bins and pull orders.
- Stock parts on racks in proper locations.
- Organize and secure product properly in preparation for transport or movement.
- Administer appropriate disciplinary action as needed and provide input on performance evaluations.
- Monitor hours worked by employees and adhere to allotted hours.
- Report employee absences via computer.
- Manage assigned employees’ timecards.
- Evaluate and administer subordinate employee’s performance reviews.
- Communicate daily summary email as directed.
- Secure the building at the close of business.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the National Warehouse Manager.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Accellos software.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate employees.

- Planning, organizing, and follow‑up skills.
- Quality control – demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality.
