The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and prepared for shipment to stores or customers. Day‑to‑day tasks include operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (where applicable and trained), packing and staging orders, and maintaining clean, safe work areas that comply with safety and inventory procedures.

Warehouse Associates collaborate with team members and leadership to meet productivity goals, resolve inventory issues, and support efficient order fulfillment. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to Best Buy’s quality standards, and a commitment to providing reliable support to store operations and customer deliveries.

• Candidates should possess shipping & receiving skills, including checking, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Candidates should possess packing skills, including safe and secure packaging, labeling, and staging of products for delivery.
• Candidates should possess unloading skills, including safely handling and moving products from trucks and containers into the warehouse.
• Candidates should possess forklift operation skills, including safe driving, loading, and stacking, where certification or training is required.
• Candidates should possess pallet jack skills, including maneuvering and positioning pallets in tight spaces and high‑traffic areas.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior warehouse or retail distribution experience, ability to lift and move merchandise in line with job requirements, basic computer or handheld scanner proficiency, strong attention to detail, and reliable time management.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures are essential.
