Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Full‑Time Packager and Order Picker.

Hourly range: $19.50 – $22.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Workweek:
Full‑Time 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Location:

On‑site at our facility near I‑70 and Monaco.

• Picking parts for product assembly of custom doorknobs, cabinet handles, and other home décor hardware.
• Packaging doorknobs.
• Verifying product SKUs and quantities before packaging.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assembling boxes.
• Supporting general warehouse tasks such as cleaning, stocking, disposing of packaging waste, and other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Troubleshooting inventory discrepancies.
• Communicating the needs of the department to the supervisor.

• Ability to use an iPad to scan barcodes and keep track of orders.
• Must be able to bend, twist, push and pull carts weighing over 100 lbs and lift 50 lbs occasionally.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with business operating software.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Positive attitude, support business initiatives, and actively participate in training.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience participating and contributing through involvement with teams.
• Ability to work under the pressure of a high‑volume production environment.
