Materials Coordinator - Denver/Weekday AM Shift (BH-398577)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on work experience)

• Receive, unpack, check & verify merchandise/product ensuring accuracy.
• Use SW tools such as SAP, Reynolds, Lightspeed.
• Utilize handheld RF tools to receive merchandise/products into WMS.
• Conduct stock checks, part # verification, cycle count, and support physical inventory.
• Consolidate loads as required – pack, re-pack, wrap product for shipping.
• Label parts during put away, picking or shipping process.
• Pick parts for order fulfillment, shipments, scrap requests.
• Ensure orders/shipping materials are accompanied with proper delivery documents (BOL, manual tag, packing slip).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures & safety guidelines.
• Perform organization tasks to maintain a clean/safe work environment.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items & distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
• Maintain accuracy, provide required reports, measurements and logs to KPI guidelines.
• Expertise utilizing a warehouse ERP inventory system, Excel, shipping, receiving, safety management, materials handling, data entry, reporting.

• Experience in the automotive industry in some fashion (e.g., associates in automotive tech, wholesale parts at dealerships, parts to service, body shop work, military, large automobile manufacturers).
• Experience and comfortability working around technicians.
• Experience and ability working with pallet jacks – forklifts not required.
• Basic supply chain skills.
• Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables.
• Willingness to put in extra work during downtime by organizing the shop, stacking tires, disposing of tires, picking up deliveries.
• Comfortable working as a team.
