Warehouse Associate - Career Foundations

Overview

Join Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) as a Warehouse Associate at our Denver, CO facility. In this role you will support customers by receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts and materials. You will operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling devices while following safety protocols.

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:30pm – 7:30am

• Safely perform all material handling and warehousing processes for receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
• Be trained to operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists as required.
• Report defects and the need for repairs.
• Use pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
• Use tools for the application of paint and rust preventative treatments.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Handle additional duties assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Committed to a strong safety mindset: consistent use of required PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform a variety of clerical functions.
• Reliable, on‑time attendance with the ability to reach productivity goals.
• Adaptable to frequently changing temperatures and willing to work overtime when required.
• Strong teamwork orientation, promoting collaboration and shared goal achievement.
• Clear communication skills: effectively share information, listen, resolve issues, and use communication tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50pounds, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend repetitively.
• English proficiency for reading, writing, and conducting business (reasonable accommodations provided).
• Recent enrollment at a local community or trade school, high school, or college is preferred, though not required.

Base wage is $21.65 per hour (paid weekly) with a night shift premium of $1 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shift. Overtime is available at time and a half, some of which may be mandatory.
