Warehouse Coordinator

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining daily paperwork and planning functions of the warehouse. This role manages communication between the warehouse and customers, inside sales, transportation, and internal departments.

• Provide customer service by calling customers, truck drivers, and internal departments. Include communicating change‑order responses to Inside Sales, managing customer close orders, and coordinating receipt and dispatch of goods with carriers and suppliers for inter‑branch truckloads and customer deliveries. (50%)
• Generate bills of lading and manage order change requests via email. (30%)
• Ensure compliance with administrative and reporting procedures in the warehouse, including Kronos timekeeping and reviewing time‑off requests. (10%)
• Input data into MRP (Blue screen) and review paperwork. Analyze information and follow up on errors, exceptions, and opportunities; identify, coordinate, and implement improvements and accountability in these information‑flow processes. (10%)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2 years minimum related warehouse/manufacturing experience or training.
• Equipment:
  Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.
• Mathematical reasoning:
  Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Attendance:
  Demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.
• Speaking:
  Communicate effectively in group settings and one‑on‑one with all departments and at all levels.
• Safety:
  Prioritize safety by demonstrating safe work practices and promoting a safe work environment.
• Problem solving:
  Solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Teamwork:
  Work with other team members to accomplish group goals.
• Results focus & initiative:
  Multi‑task and take initiative in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.

Stand, walk, see, talk, and hear regularly. Sit occasionally. Operate large equipment and maintain positioning for operation. Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.

Work around moving mechanical parts; noise level is loud. The job may involve exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.

This position does not require travel.

This full‑time, non/exempt position is located in Denver, CO. It is not eligible for remote work. Relocation is not available for this position.

$27.31 – $43.70 per hour.
