The Warehouse Supervisor manages and oversees warehouse operations to deliver product orders efficiently, ensuring quality, accuracy, speed, and compliance with safety and company policies.

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and speed of building and loading operations; meet sales center objectives within budget and profitability parameters
• Schedule warehouse team to meet demand
• Allocate space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product replenishment
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience
• At least 2 years supervising front‑line warehouse associates
• Experience managing a budget
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• SAP or other business database experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment while maintaining quality results
• Availability for a flexible schedule; shift work may vary
