The Warehouse Supervisor manages and oversees warehouse operations to deliver product orders efficiently, ensuring quality, accuracy, speed, and compliance with safety and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and speed of building and loading operations; meet sales center objectives within budget and profitability parameters
- Schedule warehouse team to meet demand
- Allocate space for stock rotation
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product replenishment
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
- Secure company assets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience
- At least 2 years supervising front‑line warehouse associates
- Experience managing a budget
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
- SAP or other business database experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment while maintaining quality results
- Availability for a flexible schedule; shift work may vary
