Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift, Monday‑Friday

Hourly rate: $22 per hour (range $20–$23).

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments into the Service Center while also supporting other areas during non‑productive hours. You work closely with customers and teammates to maintain accurate inventory records and help keep the site operating smoothly.

• Utilize shipping procedures to verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Verify invoices, orders, and other records.
• Unpack incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items and recording shortages.
• Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials.
• Correspond with shippers and/or customers to resolve damages and shortages.
• Handle customer service interactions, answering phones.
• Conduct customer sales and service at the counter and via phone.
• Achieve EHS goals set for the center by the division.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following prescribed safety regulations.
• Interpret packing slips and enter accurate information into the computer to acknowledge receipt of goods.
• Cover the front counter for CSR breaks and during peak hours as needed.

• Ability to work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
