Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Warehouse Loader to support daily warehouse operations by loading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, repackaging products, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting efficient distribution, and following established warehouse safety and operational standards.
Job Responsibilities- Load delivery trucks according to established loading standards and delivery requirements.
- Verify that trucks are loaded accurately based on assigned orders and route schedules.
- Rotate inventory on trucks and within the warehouse to ensure proper product freshness and stock rotation.
- Repackage products according to established warehouse procedures and quality standards.
- Remove, segregate, and properly dispose of damaged or expired products with management approval.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling and organization.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or loading experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately load and organize products for delivery.
- Basic inventory handling and stock rotation knowledge preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, loading, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
