Transloader Pay:

$26.00–$28.00/hour

Monday–Friday, typically 8-hour shifts with significant overtime opportunities. Teams generally work 6 days per week, including either Saturday or Sunday as needed. Start times are typically between 6:00–6:30 AM and may vary based on seasonal daylight and operational requirements.

We are seeking a Transloader to support industrial transloading operations in a railcar environment. This is a hands-on role focused on loading, unloading, and transferring materials while working safely around railcars, chemical hoses, industrial equipment, and regulated materials.

This position is primarily outdoors, with limited shelter throughout the workday. While employees have access to an office trailer, shade, air conditioning, and break areas, the majority of daily responsibilities are performed outside in varying weather conditions.

• Perform transloading operations in a railcar and industrial facility environment.

• Connect, disconnect, and monitor chemical hoses and material transfer equipment.

• Handle regulated and non-regulated materials in accordance with established procedures.

• Follow all site safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Wear required PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, fall protection equipment, and other safety gear.

• Work safely around chemicals, industrial equipment, and moving rail equipment.

• Climb equipment and work at heights when required.

• Support site operations in all weather conditions.

• Participate in required safety and compliance training programs, including Haz Woper certification if not currently certified.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Transloading operations, particularly in railcar or rail spur environments

• Chemical handling or experience working around chemicals

• Oil and gas industry experience

• Environmental services experience

• Regulated or non-regulated material handling

• Class A CDL or tanker experience (preferred but not required)

• Warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience with a strong willingness to learn

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean-shaven appearance required to ensure proper respirator fit

• Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the shift

• Comfortable wearing respirators, Tyvek suits, fall protection, and other required PPE

• Ability to work around chemicals and industrial equipment safely

• Ability to climb ladders, access equipment, and work at heights when necessary

• Willingness to work overtime and a 6-day schedule as business needs require

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures

• Outdoor industrial work environment

• Exposure to varying weather conditions throughout the year

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and manual labor

• Required use of personal protective equipment and safety gear

• Work performed around railcars, transfer equipment, and industrial materials

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
