Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scanners
Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before staging orders
Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
Maintain organized and clean picking areas to ensure efficiency and safety
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred (CPG experience a plus)
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to read and understand pick tickets and product codes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions
Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels
May include exposure to varying temperatures (ambient, refrigerated, or dry storage)
Fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
Schedule
Full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
