Inventory & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, with a strong focus on providing an excellent Will Call customer experience. This role combines inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, and general warehouse responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and scheduled physical inventories
• Accurately record, track, and reconcile inventory data within warehouse systems
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup and distribution
• Support Will Call operations by assisting customers and ensuring timely order availability
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain proper product labeling and storage practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when properly certified

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks as required
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience
• Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse processes
