Are you an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to build strong teams and keep operations running safely and efficiently?

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, develop employees, maintain food-safety standards, and help the operation achieve its service, productivity, and financial goals.

We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on leader with experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply‑chain operations.

• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Enforce safety procedures and proper equipment usage
• Manage attendance, performance, and employee‑relations concerns
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food‑safety, and Best Practice requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy, product quality, date codes, and FIFO practices
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Track productivity, service, quality, and financial performance
• Investigate operational or safety concerns and implement corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Five or more years of warehouse, distribution, or supply‑chain experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or inventory‑management systems preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Push or pull up to 250 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, kneel, and squat
• Work in temperatures around 35F for extended periods
• Climb in and out of warehouse equipment as needed
