Shift

Schedule:

Day shift, with the working schedule of Monday
- Friday from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; weekends may be required based on business needs.

The Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods is responsible for overseeing order selection pulling and loading responsibilities. Daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. Labor requirement planning and adherence to budgeted guidelines. Review and enforcement of sanitation practices. Securing the facility at the completion of shifts.

• Oversee selection teams shipping and loading responsibilities
• Enforcement and review of sanitation practices
• Review the team’s performance and develop plans for improvement
• Securing the facility at the completion of shift
• Making sure the delivery team has the necessary equipment and documentation
• Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred (i.e. knowledge of warehouse operations; JBA system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) helpful.
• Requires strong oral, written, and communication skills
• Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize conflicting, time-sensitive tasks
• Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy warehouse equipment
• Experience with SAP preferred

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
• Temperature fluctuates with the season – colder during the winter/warmer during the summer
• Working around heavy machinery – hearing protection required in production area

The base salary for this position is $68,700-$105,800 with bonus eligibility.
