Position Summary

Schedule:
Friday - Sunday from 6:00am - 6:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. FULL TIME POSITION, FRIDAYS ARE MANDATORY.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires
- Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment
- Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods and working overtime as needed
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
- Onboard and train new hires
- Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks
- Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts
- Handle adjustments, returns, shortages, and other inventory controls
- Assist with e-commerce and will call as needed
- Additional duties as requested by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations

Physical demands: frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Operate equipment safely with or without accommodation. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
- Ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
- Compliance with company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines
- Forklift certification
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Teamwork ability
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC / marijuana)
