• Lead and supervise a team in contents restoration and moving operations.
• Ensure proper packing, inventory, and transportation of items for restoration.
• Conduct site assessments and develop action plans for restoration projects.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Document project progress and report to management regularly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in contents restoration or moving services.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
