As a Warehouse Associate at Mountain High Appliance, you'll be at the center of our receiving and fulfillment operation - making sure appliances are received accurately, stored safely, and staged correctly for delivery and installation. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that requires someone who takes safety seriously, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store appliances throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers - receiving inbound shipments and staging outbound delivery orders accurately
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders - documenting any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory by ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and properly labeled
• Prepare orders for the delivery and installation team - pulling, staging, and verifying items before they go out
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every task
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to your supervisor promptly
• Collaborate with the purchasing and delivery & installation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience - certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items moved as a team with appropriate safety equipment
• Strong safety mindset - you follow procedures, wear your PPE, and speak up when something isn't right
• Reliable and punctual - the warehouse team depends on everyone showing up and being ready to work
• Attention to detail - accuracy in receiving, staging, and inventory matters here
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks throughout the day
