Construction Foreperson

Straight Line Construction Company, a top‑rated foundation repair company located in Pueblo and serving Southern Colorado, is looking to hire Construction Laborers with on‑the‑job training. Experience with concrete, foundation repair and/or pile drilling is preferred but not required.

• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Outdoor work experience required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Self‑starter & ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation; driver’s license and clean record a plus.
• Presentable for residential setting and client contact.

• Perform various foundation repair duties with on‑the‑job training.
• Operate hydraulic torque head drill, skid loaders, mini‑excavators, etc.
• Install driven and helical piers.
• Level homes, sidewalks, driveways using poly foam or mud jacking slab‑raising processes.
• Handle various residential and commercial foundation repair tasks.

• 10‑hour days, 4 days a week schedule (Monday–Thursday) with most Fridays free.
• Starting pay: $19.00 per hour.
