Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're growing and looking for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who want more than a standard clinic role. You'll be embedded within our podiatry practice, collaborating daily with foot & ankle specialists, and treating a wide variety of lower extremity conditions from post-surgical cases to varying biomechanical issues. If you're a PT who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and wants to be part of something bigger, we want to talk to you.
WhyJoin Us?
- One-on-One Patient Care – no rushed appointments or overlapping schedules. You'll have time to deliver high-quality, focused treatment.
- Continuity of Care – collaborate in real time with podiatrists in the same clinic; imaging results, surgical notes, and referrals are just a click away.
- Clinical Autonomy with true interdisciplinary collaboration
- Growth-Oriented Culture – we're expanding fast and value input from our team on clinical pathways and operations
- Entrepreneurial Energy – help shape the future of how physical therapy is integrated with podiatric care
- Patients You Can Impact – highly motivated patients with clear goals, often recovering from surgery or chronic conditions
- Mentorship and Development – work closely with experienced podiatrists and clinic leadership
- Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans focused on the lower extremity
- Collaborate with podiatrists, medical assistants, and front office teams for seamless care coordination
- Track patient outcomes and progress using evidence-based metrics
- Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility techniques, and home exercises
- Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas for improving operations, workflows, and patient outcomes
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina
- Experience with or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or podiatric rehabilitation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning, growth, and delivering exceptional care
- Have experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Enjoy autonomy and are excited by clinic-building opportunities
- Are thoughtful, proactive, and patient-centered in your clinical approach
- Competitive salary + bonus potential
- Health, dental, and vision insurance stipend
- 401(k) with match
- CME reimbursement and training support
- Paid time off and holidays
- Opportunities for leadership and clinical development
