Ayala Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team on an on-call basis
. This position is perfect for professionals who enjoy flexible work hours and are passionate about providing top-quality cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes, ensuring our clients’ spaces are fresh, organized, and spotless.

Perform standard and deep residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Washing and sanitizing surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Laundry and linen changing as needed
• Use approved cleaning products and follow safety procedures
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
• Communicate job status, special requests, or issues to the supervisor
• Travel to various job sites on an as-needed basis

• 1+ years of residential cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
