• Read job sheets to select proper materials
• Load and unload molds
• Operate rubber presses
• Drill holes into extrusions and insert clips
• Trim and finish parts to meet quality standards
• Perform quality checks and record production data
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to read rulers/scales and perform basic math Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6‑8 hours
