Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Skilled Trades Services is hiring an experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC. The pay range is $25-$30/hour based on experience.

Requirements:

• Previous laser cutting machine experience is required.
• Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
  Bystronic, Trumpf, Mitsubishi, Cincinnati, Amada, Hankwank (HK).
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with tube lasers, plasma, or waterjet equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines.
• Monitor quality and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
