In this hands‑on role, you'll work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., producing high‑quality rubber components used in the Automotive, RV, and Marine industries. As a Production Associate - Level 1, you'll play an important role in our manufacturing process, helping ensure every product meets the high standards our customers have come to expect. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to quality will directly contribute to our continued success.

- Read job sheets to determine materials and production requirements
- Load and unload molds during the manufacturing process
- Operate rubber press equipment safely and efficiently
- Drill holes into extrusions and install clips
- Trim, finish, and inspect products to meet quality standards // typo removed to keep valid syntax
- Perform quality checks and accurately record production information
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to read rulers, measuring devices, and perform basic math
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
