Schedule Details / Additional InformationAmbulatory Float Position Qualifies for $4/hr incentive for hours worked in the role. Float will include providing coverage in Pre Surgery/OR/PACU/Endoscopy. Previous experience in PACU or Endoscopy is strongly preferred. Schedule will be on an as needed basis, with the understanding that some weeks will be full work weeks, and some weeks may only be 1-2 days that week.

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to work in preop, recovery, endoscopy, and OR. The patient population consists of adult GYN, general, sports medicine, endoscopy, and pediatric dental cases. Experience in at least recovery and endoscopy is preferred, but experience in all areas is an added bonus. This float nurse position offers the opportunity to pursue clinical ladder advancement and professional certification in a collaborative unit culture.
We’reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS required
- Previous PACU, Endoscopy, OR and or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience strongly preferred
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
