Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Homewatch Care Givers of Charlotte and Mooresville provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care that supports clients’ safety, comfort, and independence. CNAs deliver hands‑on personal care while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Support safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
  • Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines as outlined in the care plan
  • Observe, document, and report changes in client condition promptly
  • Provide compassionate, respectful care that preserves dignity and privacy
  • Follow all Homewatch Care Givers policies, care plans, and safety protocols
