Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. As Shift Manager you provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform tasks including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet goals.
