We are seeking two Guest Experience & Sales Associates who are passionate about people, wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences.

This is not a traditional receptionist position.

Base hourly wage is determined by previous experience, sales background, hospitality skills, and performance demonstrated during the interview process.

• Retail sales commission

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out
• Assist with retail recommendations
• Educate guests about memberships and packages
• Support future booking conversations
• Coordinate with therapists and estheticians regarding guest recommendations

• Support daily operational readiness
