This is a hybrid role in Denver. We are based downtown and the position requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.
The opportunityThe role- Find high-potential prospects, start real conversations, understand their problems, hand qualified opportunities to an Account Executive.
- Work buyer intent data (companies growing, hiring, expanding) alongside your own research and a clear point of view.
- Cold calls, Linked In, and email into ICP companies and personas.
- Your job ends at a clean, qualified handoff. The AE takes it from there.
- You'll be trained on the motion, not left to improvise.
- VPs of Operations, Directors of Project Delivery, COOs, agency owners
- Their problem is margin they can't see: unknown utilization, double-booked resources, projects that slip before anyone notices.
- The conversation is about delivery and profit visibility, not project management features.
- Targeted outreach. Research-led emails and calls that sound like a person. Persistent, precise follow-up.
- Discovery and qualification. Real conversations about their operation, their margin and delivery challenges, and whether we fit.
- AE partnership. Vertical and persona planning, aligned priorities, clean handoffs. A meeting is qualified when the AE agrees it is.
- Signal reporting. When five prospects raise the same objection, or a competitor lands two accounts in your patch, we need to hear it.
- Data discipline. Hub Spot is the source of truth. Accurate logging is how we know the motion is working.
- Prior sales experience is welcome, not required. We're hiring for aptitude as well as:
- Curiosity about how businesses make money, where agency margin leaks, why projects go sideways.
- Clear thinking and clear writing. Knowing when to pause on a call matters more than talking well.
- Resilience about rejection. Cold outreach fails a lot of the time. You ask yourself what can be adjusted to move the needle, and you test it out.
- Appetite for feedback. You'll listen back to your own calls with your AE and adjust.
- Comfort with software:
Hub Spot, Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, Surfe.
What good looks like
- Wanting the number without catastrophizing about it.
- Coachability over polish. First calls are rough for everyone.
- Writing that's short, clear, and specific.
- Persistence with pattern recognition. Version A under performs, so you test version B instead of resending
A.
Weekly rhythm
- Daily outreach…
