A Signal Dedicated Guard will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high‑value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to protect property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to detail and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are also required.

• Visioning: Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose. Demonstrate core values, creating peace of mind for clients.
• Strategic Planning: Engage, communicate, plan, and execute daily security responsibilities while meeting established deadlines. Execute security checks based on post requirements.
• Financial Acumen: Understand company measurements and execute behaviors that drive performance. Meet expectations and company benchmarks.
• Team Development: Communicate with clients, team members, and management effectively and promptly. Provide feedback and follow‑up as needed, working cohesively to deliver key objectives.
• Project Management: Understand and execute daily tasks efficiently, delivering services that meet business needs. Communicate maintenance needs of company assets.

• Conduct and deliver dedicated services that reflect the company’s values and post orders.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and web or app‑based software during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, meet time commitments, follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Interact with internal and external customers, cultivating a customer‑service relationship while providing peace of mind.
• Report promptly to the Advanced Dedicated Guard or Dedicated Branch Supervisor any customer or property‑related information and concerns.
• Care for assigned Signal equipment: radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices.
• Deescalate issues through professional communication in a timely manner.
• Manage daily activities to meet key benchmarks and expectations set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor.
• Communicate with the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through the Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• North Carolina Guard Card
• Pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation;
  Must have reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within the first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organizational values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
