This is not a MIG welding role. Candidates must have hands‑on experience and confidence in TIG welding aluminum.
What You’ll Do:- Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Ensure precision, strength, and clean finishes on all welds
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Proven experience TIG welding aluminum (required)
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED
- Level A:
Advanced experience with complex aluminum TIG welding - Level B:
Intermediate experience with strong foundational skills - Level C:
Entry-level with training or education in TIG welding and a willingness to grow
- Starting pay at $18.00 per hour with increases based on experience
- Consistent 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
