This is not a MIG welding role. Candidates must have hands‑on experience and confidence in TIG welding aluminum.

What You’ll Do:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum materials
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
Ensure precision, strength, and clean finishes on all welds
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What You Bring:

Proven experience TIG welding aluminum (required)
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
High school diploma or GED

Experience Levels Considered:

Level A:
Advanced experience with complex aluminum TIG welding
Level B:
Intermediate experience with strong foundational skills
Level C:
Entry-level with training or education in TIG welding and a willingness to grow
