  • Provide leadership, guidance, and career development for Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure procurement strategies align with plant and business unit goals.
  • Establish and track savings targets for plant-specific spend.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract development, and execution.
  • Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.
  • Review procurement metrics and act to meet performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all auditing and quality standards (AS9100, customer audits, regulatory requirements).
  • Oversee Oracle procurement processes, including system enhancements.
  • Manage raw material forecasting, inventory control, cost management, and resolution of BOM-related issues.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through transactional oversight and cycle count programs.
  • Lead project teams and plant procurement initiatives.
  • Successfully balance competing priorities in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of procurement and financial compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley, UCC laws, and import/export regulations.
  • U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Procurement experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong contract writing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Comfortable with frequent shop-floor presence to understand operations.
