Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach

Morris Catholic High School, established in 1957, is a coeducational college preparatory institution affiliated with the Diocese of Paterson. This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach, based in Denville, NJ. The coach will assist in planning, organizing, and leading practices and games, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for the student‑athletes. Responsibilities include developing training programs, teaching lacrosse skills and strategies to players at varying skill levels, and promoting values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development in alignment with the school's mission.

• Experience and skills in Lacrosse and Coaching, with a strong understanding of the game and its strategies
• Proficiency in Communication to effectively engage with players, staff, and parents
• Ability to design and conduct Training sessions that encourage skill‑building and teamwork
• Experience in Curriculum Development to structure practice plans and maintain a consistent program philosophy
• Prior coaching experience at the high school level is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
