Relationship Banker

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
• Build client relationships to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
• Six months of cash-handling experience preferred
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
