A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri‑state area. Must be bi‑lateral (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver’s license as a company van will be provided.

• Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
• Deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
• Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
• Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to the regional team.
• Construction cleanups.
• Carpet extractions.
• Strip, wax, and buffing floors.
• Pressure washing.
• Window cleaning.
• Hi‑low dusting.
• General office cleaning.
• Training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
• Reporting hours to payroll.

• Experience in commercial building and facility cleaning.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
