Facility Maintenance Technician – Private Country Club
Location: Denville, New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Join Our Team!We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to help keep our private country club in top shape. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑oriented, overseeing the cleaning team while performing essential maintenance tasks across our clubhouse, golf course, racquet sports areas, and pool facilities
.
- Oversee and coordinate the cleaning team
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, light handyman tasks)
- Maintain facilities across golf, racquet, and pool areas
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Experience in facility maintenance or a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical basics
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for occasional weekends/evenings
