Job OverviewAs the Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and elevating sales performance. Your focus will be on attracting new leads, retaining existing members, and delivering exceptional training to develop a high-performing team. You will oversee daily operations while fostering an energetic and motivating atmosphere that prioritizes member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members through marketing and community engagement.
- Monitor budgets and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met, contributing to the club’s overall success.
- Foster a sense of community within the gym, encouraging member participation in events and programs in order to increase retention and referrals.
- Recruit, train, and manage Alpha Fit Club’s Operations staff, creating studio schedules, providing daily training and support to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales performance, and enforcing employee policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and functional gym environment, managing cleaning staff and schedules, facility and equipment maintenance.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about changing lives.
- 1-3 years of management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fitness industry trends and best practices.
- Basic financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
