Test Technician Entry Level

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Testing Technician to support hands‑on product and packaging evaluation activities.

Previous testing experience is not required. Candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a hands‑on environment, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Perform a variety of physical product and packaging tests using established procedures.
• Set up and operate basic testing equipment used for drop, vibration, compression, and durability testing.
• Follow written work instructions and testing procedures accurately.
• Observe test results and identify damage, defects, or performance issues.
• Record measurements, test data, and observations.
• Assist with preparing basic test documentation and reports.
• Move, stage, and organize test samples and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate testing progress and findings with team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or equipment is a plus.

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on testing, production, laboratory, or warehouse-style environment.
