Sales Development Representative About the Role

Are you energized by helping customers, advancing opportunities, and driving measurable results?

We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Development Representative to partner with Outside Sales and Marketing to increase close rates, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, thrives on follow-through, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support the full sales cycle
  • Advance funnel opportunities and improve close rates
  • Conduct proactive pre- and post-sale follow-up
  • Drive >80% renewal performance on service programs
  • Identify add-on, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns with Marketing
  • Respond to inbound inquiries (Contact Us & other channels)
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and customer data
  • Monitor open tasks and ensure timely opportunity progression
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in technical sales or sales support
  • Strong technical aptitude (IP, Cat6, PoE, fiber, switches, routers, WiFi, cloud)
  • CRM experience (Sugar

    CRM a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in Linked In & account research
  • Exceptional organization and follow-up discipline
  • Natural rapport-builder with strong communication skills
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Bilingual a plus
